The Gym is small and at peak times you can find yourself struggling to get on equipment, staff are friendly and helpful however which makes up for their size. What the gym could do with is relocating to a bigger property, as they have a great customer base that would no doubt grow even more if it wasn't for the limiting size of the gym.

Brilliant Gym what more can you need.
Been coming here years would advise anyone to make a visit.

My local gym (it's my huge dumbbell that sits under the rack). Gareth and Paul Parkman, owners, are two of the nicest guys to own a gym. The fact that the gym has a great range of basic kit, dumbbells to 90-kilos, 6 bits of cardio equipment and costs £2.20 a session (if you pay a £15.00 annual fee) as well as stocking a great range of good supplements just adds to the 5 star review. Mention my name and who knows, you might even get a free coffee like I do!!
