Reviews
Receptionist is just lovely and made me feel welcomed and at home. The gym itself is really quirky being on 3 floors and in a converted church but they've got all the equipment you need. Some of it does look a bit out dated though like the mats and weights but it gets the job done. Especially as there aren't many gyms in the area (I came from Merthyr) They had a new looking studio unit and do classes as part of the membership which is good. I borrowed their gloves to go on the bags. I would suggest bringing your own if you join as I don't think they're washed.

What a place - what a place! 3 floors filled with all the equipment you can think off and it's a church! That's right - a church! It takes the meaning of 'being religious about staying fit' to a next level. Great bunch of people, great place.
