Chicken burger and the beef ribs were lovely. Good service. Very clean toilet.
Been visiting here with a friend regularly for breakfast, as offering a good range of veggie and vegan food. Service is usually really good and food of a high quality, so slightly disappointed when I brought my other half for the vegetarian breakfast to find they got the order wrong, twice and didn’t have any alternative milk available. The girl was really nice though and quickly got it sorted. Vegetarian options: Good choice of veggie and vegan but no milk alternatives available

I took the family10ppl for a meal here and wasn't expecting the food to be as good as it was, it was actually one of the nicest pub meals I have had I ordered first round of drinks at the bar, there was about 2people waiting to be served before me, staff need to notice who's next in que, as someone came in after me and jumped ahead of uscould have been a friend of the server, but nevertheless I got served I ordered the food via the app which was easy enough to use Didn't have to wait long for the food, very good service and polite waitress The food was absolutely lovely, everyone enjoyed their meal Nice friendly staff Good atmosphere Highly recommend We will be back
Staff were amazing with us. We have had a hard and stressful day with car breakdowns, missed ferries and improvised repairs. What we needed was a little hospitality and we found here was far beyond that. A smile to welcome, football on the telly, and a nice cold pint has completely rejuvenated us and allowed us to look forward to our adventure with hope. Amazing what a little comfort and atmosphere can do!
Staff we nice and polite, I'd say this was more an upbeat local bar. Food was pretty bland and expensive for what you got we would have given it a 3/5 overall but dropped to a two when my 3 year old daughter told us her corn on the cob was cold - when we checked we could see it was actually still frozen, we asked for it to be sorted they must have microwaved the same piece for a minute and sent it back out with the poor kids teeth marks still in the corn. Also they forgot to bring out her pudding, we had to go and ask them about 40 mins after her lunch. *I can see the value has replied below - we were only visiting for the weekend to see family - their feedback is that it's usually brilliant food and they are regulars there, so there is no need for us to call or expect any thong from you and in the staffs defence it was very busy that night with birthday parties etc, so we can see how things get overlooked but they were still worth mentioning on the review.
