Nick was brilliant traded in my car for another which I got from Nick, low mileage and well looked after. When there was an issue with a door lock Nick ensured it was fixed and the car dropped back to my drive! Fabulous service would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a second hand car.
Bought a second hand Ford from Nick and my experience was amazing. Communication was great and was so responsive to what I was looking for. Such a lovely guy, and treated me with so much respect. 3 month warranty meant if I was ever worried I could check it out with him. Cant recommend enough.

I bought a beautiful Jaguar XF from Nick. It was immensely refreshing to receive such professional and individual service. He is a friendly and genuine car enthusiast, and even took the time to show my son and me his stock of cars which, though modest in number, was clearly of high quality. I cannot see why anyone would go anywhere else, to be honest.
Bought a 14 year old BMW from here with <85,000 miles on the dash. Within 10 months and less than 2,000 miles completed by us, the engine blew, smoke, banging etc. After contacting this car yard to see if there was anything they could do, nil support, nil offers, nil follow up conversations. I would avoid this place if possible, we were only out of pocket a few thousand pounds, but it could easily be a lot more.
Just bought a lovely Mondeo from Potton Motor Company. After many bad experiences with car dealers it's so nice to finally buy a car from a dealer who is not only professional but incredibly honest. Complete transparency throughout the sale about the car, lots of work done prior to the sale. I can't recommend this company enough. Thank you again!
Nick was an absolute gentleman from the moment we arrived to view the car, to the moment we meet to take the car off him. I was really impressed from the start with the service I received at this local garage. I had been looking at buying a car for some time and had approached new car dealerships which pestered and pressured you or ignored you altogether as was the case with one and also second hand dealers who paid little interest or seemed to have suspiciously limited knowledge of their stock and its history. At Potton I was left with the keys to have a good look around the car I wanted to see, left alone to explore and develop my own opinion as well as go for a short drive to get a feel for the car. There was no harsh sales pitch and everything known about the car was told to me honestly and without and concern. I was given a fair price in part exchange and everything was made very easy for me to be able to drive away the next day. After sales service has been outstanding too, when I did have a small problem a few days in it was fixed within a couple of hours of calling with sincere apologies. Really can't recommend enough, there simply aren't enough garages that treat you properly and understand the reservations that can come with buying second hand. Thank you.
I recently purchased a car from the Potton Motor Company. They were extremely helpful in providing any information and documentation I needed to make my own checks. I was allowed to take my time to view and test drive the car twice! without any interference or pressure selling. Nick was a pleasure to deal with and is in danger of giving car salesmen a good name ! :o
