To be honest the communication from the offset was dreadful. As soon as we'd paid the deposit we didn't hear from them until we needed to pay more money. The lack of communication led to an error on their part and tried to make out that this was our fault. One particular member of staff was one of the most rudest and berligerant people I've ever had the misfortune of speaking to. Customer satisfaction is completely non-existent and you should consider these points carefully before choosing your next carpet futter.
