Teenagers on the click and collect desk, they  don't know basic customer service and lack basic communication. The girl was too concerned about going away from the desk rather than collecting my order. Other teens just as bad sitting around talking like college students rather than being in a PAID job. If you don't like your job do better and get a better one. Nothing changes if nothing changes.

Typical B&Q,nStaff usually helpful when you ask.nMy last experience, had to return a lot of underlay for under flooring, Didn't have the receipt, but because I had my card that I paid with, and when I bought the underlay, the manager was happy to help.nEven if the computer system froze so she had to use the main register instead of a side one.

Fantastic staff. Spoke to 4 different members of staff and each one was more than happy to help. When I went to pay I didn't need to unload the young man instantly came from behind the till with the scanner and lifted items without me having to do anything.nI asked for help to lift a bag into my car and another young lad was again more than happy to help.nIt was so refreshing to see younger members of staff taking pride and clearly enjoying their job

Great place to shop!nAlways helpful

Great store in Wigston with small garden centre and parking. Walking distance from Wigston centre. Staff are always helpful. Thankfully they now have self checkout tills as they had been a bit short staffed and some queues could be long but that has been helped considerably with the new technology
