Packages that were sent recently to Ireland and America either did not arrive, arrived after a few weeks rather than the indicated few days or, in one case, ended up in Frankfurt Germany (customs). Never had this happen or have packages take 6 weeks for over seas. Switched to the neighbouring West Malling post office and had no further problems. Won't use this Kings Hill facility again!!

Another customer lost. Sent 15-20 parcels in a few months (all special delivery), constantly charging made up prices, one day 25p, another 50p and another £1 per parcel. They give no receipts and take cash only. Told contradicting information by the owner who is very rude and abrupt when challenged twice about this. AVOID.

A very useful local business, providing a service that would otherwise necessitate a visit to West Malling. Great for getting all that you need to package up an item too.

I have been using P&P from the very day they opened which must be over 10 years ago. I have had nothing but an excellent service in all of that time. Many thanks.
