Located within WHSmith there can be lots of milling around for queues. Then queues interfering with shoppers somewhat, but I’m sure once the change over and staffing is ironed out it will be fine, any solution to keeping post offices on the high street is welcome. There’s lots of parking at Sainsbury’s so quite convenient.

Hopelessly understaffed. Never more than two out of five counter positions in use. All three automated machines are often out of use due to staff shortages and lack of personell to oversee them. The post office seems to have got rid of most the staff from its old branch which was just round the corner and was much more user friendly. I suspect the Post office is running this branch down to deter customers from using it and will then close it down.
