I very rarely visit but the times I have been here had to queue for about 10-15 minutes. Some staff are helpful and some are rude.

Very rude and a severe lack of customer services skills!!! Advertises to open 7am - 9pm, I went in at 7:15am to find the counters in darkness. I asked the lady on the till what time it opened and she very politely directed me in the direction of another member of staff. I asked again what time the counters opened as I need to send some parcels. His reply was a very short "not now" he then turned and walked away from me!!!

I am sorry to for those people who had to go there on Sunday, just because Google maps says that it's open till 19.00...
I did that as well and found out that,  the store is open till 19.00. But NOT the post office!

Everywhere says it opens at 7!!!!! But it's not! It opens at 8.30. So please change it!!!! As ppl are wasting time and money!
