Good to have a post office locally that is not a concession within another store. Worst thing ever in Alloa was the GPO post office closing down. Woman behind the counter was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. Praying that this becomes permanent and the number of staff increases.
Terrible one poor woman , almost in tears as she has so much work for one person it is overwhelming,. The wait today was 40mins with over 50 people in side and outside , . Post office ALLOA need more staff , there's plenty room for more counters ,. A bloody shame for the person that works there ,.
Be warned, it is closed at lunchtime when most folk want to visit
