Recently went in to apply for sons first passport and Dawn, although she was new, she was very helpful and patient with the help of manager Kirsty. I had forgotten ID documents and they explained clearly what I needed to bring in. Excellent service
Close before they are supposed to. I am a teacher and can’t make it through the week due to work, there was still time left before the post office closed and lady at the door was refusing to let people in trying to tell us different, poor customer service.
Renewed my passport there today and the staff were lovely. I didn’t catch the lady’s name who helped me but nothing was a problem and left thinking it’s rare these days you leave somewhere pleased with the service. Thank you!
I have been using this PO for a couple of years now, got on great with the staff, Marie, Kirsty and Stewart, unfortunately it is all change and some new staff have been brought in with new agendas. When I state 2nd class postage, I do not want 2nd class signed for, I did not ask for signed for so don't try and sell me a service I do not want. You try and charge me for 1st class but fortunate for me I know what the current charges are and have to correct you, is this a hidden agenda to make more money from those more vulnerable in society, I wonder. 2 of the new members are incredibly rude, very impatient and just not very nice. Also incredibly slow in the service, current situation regarding the pandemic surely means that you need to be as fast as possible, to limit the exposure of customers. It is such a shame that this has happened to this PO, they were so so good, but now they are so so ugly.
Always use this post office. Kirsty has been there many years. All the lasses are always happy to help and go out there way to help you.
