Very good customer service, the staff tries to accommodate everyone despite being a very busy post office. I’ve done my biometrics for Home Office applications here. They also have a Photo-Me booth (£6 - accepts £5 bill and coins) which is very convenient to get your photos for visa and passport applications.

Worst post office in london. They dont have enough staff, they make up things to make you go back to the que and they tell me that MasterCard is a credit card when it clearly says debit on it. Absolutely terrible place.wouldnt even give it 1 star if there was an option for that.

Agreed. Very poor customer service. Long ques and staff gives a damn. When it was my turn in Q the staff member just put a sign of away for lunch and just left. I was so shocked. They are so rude. Can't believe these people are still in job specialy indian. They should be sacked for poor customer service. Anyway they will loose customers this way and will write death wish themselves. So bad business model.

Shame I don't know her name but the black female staff member has an awful attitude and comes off as rude. Sort it out love, you're here to help!!

Ali the manager does not know anything about travelers cheques and rather than find out the correct procedure he refused to serve me. Staff need upskilling on practices but more importantly Customer Service.
