Last 2 occasions I attended to return a parcel, first I was told the system wasn't working and that I should try again tomorrow. On my second visit I was told the teller was eating and that I should wait 20mins until he was finished. Disgraceful service, rude staff and very unprofessional. Shocked that the post office would allow themselves to be represented by such cowboys

Terrible service.was only 1 person at the counter,doing nothing and still talking to me like i bothered her!they should be more profesional when working with people!
