Every time I come here and have to use the main desk I have left upset. There is one woman who works there that is extremely rude!! Never had customer service like it. Today was the last straw and I'm never going to Royal Mail again. I went in and she told me my parcel wasn't a large letter when it clearly was and she put it through. So I simply said that it went through without force when I did it. So she shouted ok you put it through then and chucked the parcel measure at me. Vile

Anytime my wife and I are in this Post Office we've found it okay. Might have a bit of a wait but what Post Office doesn't. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Makes me sick they have 2 staff on when there's a line going outside but when there's loads on it's dead quiet

Trying to get a telephone number of Portsmouth post offices, I just want to ask Question regarding forms so I can claim a driver licence over 70 years., these forms are not stocked locally in the Waterloovville area. I have tried to phone but no one wants to answer. I feel a bit annoyed with the result I'm getting. Peter SOUTHEY PO75JW.
