Rude and unhelpful. Arranged for a redelivery to this Post Office. They refused it and back to the sorting office it went. It might not be their responsibility to let me know but after calling every day to see if they had my parcel you would imagine they would put 2 and 2 together as refusing parcels is quite rare. After 5 days i located the parcel and whilst back at the PO i mentioned their refusal of my parcel - they denied refusing it. Even when i showed them proof they denied it saying i must have left it too long before collecting it (i went in on the day it was due). They then turned away and ignored me. So, im a liar and so are Royal Mail according to them. Here's a tip...if you dont like people, dont work in a customer facing role!

There was a rude male staff, the other lady was very helpful and nice though.

Very unprofessional, unhelpful and very rude staff! Should not be working in customer service. Very disappointed.

Post offices use to be the hub of the community, this is the polar opposite! Unbelievably rude and aggressive...very unprofessional!!
