NO SERVICE, NO INFORMATION. I have posted a small size parcel to Hungary 12 days ago. No posting options were explained to me no proof of postage were given, just a receipt. The parcel did not arrive yet so I have raised concerns in store (Castle Street ) and was told because I have posted it with standard international it may take 25 working days !!! And because I have no tracking number nothing they can do about it neither I can complain cos I have no proof of postage. Now I simply cannot do anything. Very poor service and very poorly trained staff.

Staff unhelpfu don't seem to know what.they are doing never around the self serve machines to give advice. Not everyone has used machines before. Before moving to W H Smith service and staff were excellent.
