I was refused a £9.00 transaction because I want to pay by card. Rude and totally unhelpful. Will never go there again.

Have been using this handy little Post Office at the bottom of Maidstone High Street for a couple of years now, even when the main PO was over the road from them in Bank St (before relocating to WHSmith) owing to rude, unhelpful &  jobsworthy  staff.  

I always receive a friendly & helpful service here,  especially from Michelle who checks & weighs parcels carefully to enure that customers aren't overcharged, esp. if a package is borderline 'large letter'/'small parcel' whereas some PO's I've noticed cannot be bothered & will charge the higher price & even go as far as handing the parcel back for the customer to put their own labels on rather than completing the transaction in full.

Highly recommended.
