What place in 2017 does not take contactless or mobile payments??? Really poor service and such rude staff.

I don't know if it's the Post Office's fault or Google's fault, but to be told on Google Maps that this place is open till 17.30 on a Saturday, only to then get all the way there and see that it closed at 13.00 is beyond annoying and frustrating. People rely on Google for accurate information, so cases like this undermine the trust in the brand and service.

Male staff member refused to help me with drivers license renewal. Sent me away telling me I had to re apply for my provisional AGAIN even though I just needed to update the photo part of my licence. He sent me away worried and stressed with in correct information all because he couldn't be bothered to do his job
