Fantastic, friendly and extremely helpful staff! Helped out with initial postal info on important document sending and then when I realised I had forgotten the most important document they were able to rectify the situation quickly.

Love this place. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Normally big long queue's, but they soon go down what with the workers doing their jobs properly :) Love that self service bit, always get help with that. Parking outside for disabled. Good choice of cards on offer. Foreign money exchange area.

What a terrible place to visit. Full of nasty and petty staff. I know its not the best job in the world but the way they treat customers is appalling.
