Very good service from this outlet which we are lucky to have. Staff are helpful & very competent and NOT MISERABLE AT ALL!
There should be 0 star option to rate this post office. Lady failed to type in the correct address on proof of postage, i walked back to the shop to correct the mistake. Had to wait in the long que again wasting another 30 minutes. She didn’t even apologise and did not give me a new proof of postage. Never returning to this post office. ridiculous!

Experience from early 2018... needed to sort out a new passport they rejected the form 3 times i had payed the check and send. Ended up going to peterborough passportoffice where they said 2 of the 3 forms were good. Wouldnt refund the check and send fee.poor training is probably the cause.
Every time i go to my local post office in millers walk Fakenham, The staff have always been friendly and helpful perhaps if people where a bit more cheerful then perhaps so would the staff.
It's closed. It's always closed. There should be a sign letting people know that it is no longer operating as I have been there on 3 separate occasions to find it closed! **Update** I walked by last week and spotted that it is open again!! Better make the most of it before it closes again for another month or two.
No matter how often the staff change, they are usually miserable and very curt. Must be part of the interview criteria! If I was like that to my customers, I'd be sacked!
staff are always miserable, never smiling. My parcels has been lost 3 times due to staff typing in the incorrect address and i cant even track my parcel.
I'm putting this review because it isn't there anymore. Google still displays it as "open" and it really isn't. Its closed permanently. Dont go there. There's no one there.
The staff are always helpful and polite to me and I have always received good service.
