Terrible queuing times. Why only 3 general counters in this busy location and even then never all staffed. With long queues staff busy moving trolleys up and down instead of serving customers. Self serve machines always off or not working. Why were counters taken out and replaced by useless equipment? Poor customer experience for a main post office. Cost cutting gone mad. This contract should be reviewed and awarded elsewhere... Not a patch on the old post office.

This post office is very unprofessional and badly run with no customer skills or service. Everyday the staff will not acknowledge the customers queing time and are seen playing around with each other. When it comes to asking for help they are not helpful and can come across as rude at times. It is always busy and messy in the office. Only 2 or 3 staff with a busy full shop. Personally I recommend new active staff who are willing to deal with customers. I will not bank in this post office until it has improve and I will definitely pass the news around Uxbridge town about this poor service they're offering.

This post office is very busy, as you would expect from any post office, the introduction of self check out has some what helped to reduce the long ques however there is still work needed to improve the speed and efficiency of service. Safe are as always very friendly and easy to communicate with.

I never go to this post office unless i miss my parcel and got delivered here. The staff are ALWAYS ALWAYS so inefficient, slow and very lazy!! Got told to come back another day because my parcel was not delivered there. Called Parcel force to clarify the issue and was told that it was indeed there. Instead of arguing and delaying the queue i opted for it to be re-delivered. Honestly a waste of time to go there just to pick up a parcel cause the staff will even lie to you about it being there. 🤦‍♂️ Have your parcels redelivered guys! Saves you time and patience.

Always very busy at peak times and slow queues. Most of the times understaffed and self service machines out of service
