I usually try to go to another branch because of the awful service. However I had to visit here again to send a parcel urgently and unfortunately this post office is the nearest one. The woman in the poffice was very rude and unkind. She didn't look or answer me when I asked a question politely. My husband said she had almost thrown coins when my husband told her she gave wrong change. She was inhospitable and the look she gave me was very unpleasant. My local friends feel the same way and they told me to use another post office. It was the worst post office I have ever been.

For redirection I'm told by Post Office I'll be charged 90p, the staff try to charge more every time. Gave them a parcel to return worth £120 three weeks ago and not given any proof for tracking. Parcel still not received by the other party and I've pretty much lost it thanks to these rude people.

Post Office is actually closed on Sundays, you can buy stamps from the shop if that's any help

Supposedly open on a Sunday but when I got there unable to do post office services as girl can only cover the shop!! Ridiculous!

Generally post office is good service, however I tried to call on Saturday around 4pm regarding an enquiry.  Over an hour the phone was engaged, unable to call drove there to find unhelpful staff who informed me to check the number and the phone was in the back room.
