The guy on the front desk is exteeemley rude unless your from an ethnic background the other staff members are not much better. always being told different information. Big security to intimidate incase you become frustrated with the lack of help and care you will recieve at this place. I was told that I was not entitled to help with travel costs for nhs treatment, which i am. Disgusting place, avoid this place.
Only had to wait 8 minutes, as the advisor was covering for someone who was off sick. The building itself is least from the council, and has very old aluminium windows which are very energy inefficient! Not a lot they can do about that though...
The worst communication I have experienced, no wonder they work in the job centre rather than taking their own advice to find meaningful work! Strung me out for 3 months with the expectation of receiving travel reimbursements for work, only to be told only half will be paid, only to not hear back for months, then be told I'm entitled to none at all! Highly unprofessional staff, steer clear

It was e very helpful staff from job centre I didn't expect this to be honest as always I have been treated not good at all. We been served by Patricia and another lady I don't remember her name as I had 2 appointments. Very helpful.
Job centre staff are quite confusing, cutting off my claim for little to no reason, telling me to apply for Universal Credit without any help or instructions on how to do this, just told to go online. Tried phoning up today for advice, got cut off despite them still being open for at least another half an hour, complete waste of my time being on hold.
Terrible place and employees specially in the job seekers department. Not supportive when I foned them about the illness of my mother and that she couldn't attend her appointment, they promised to call back but never did. And now she doesn't even have her payment.
Services was quick and easy.
Security is the most pleasant staff not so much. Poor customer care
Very poor but sadly predictable first enquiry service, the recorded message is obviously designed to stop a caller from actually getting to speak to anyone.
