Hopeless post office, only one desk open, ten people waiting. Been here 20 mins and still five people ahead of me Better to use the more local post offices.
the slowest staff ever. Had to wait 25min, becasue the lady serves 1 person with 1 letter for 5 minutes. Keep pushing stamp on the letter for a minute and then checking the receipt for another minute before handing to the customer. Seriously hire people with more energy for smooth service if you want to have just one counter open!
It is unbelievable why people still use the post office working the same hours. However, when posting a package via the app there is only one post office can scan your label, ridiculous. Your pick up package also doesn't work if you are working. I hope that in the near future some company, a more sensible one, will do your services, because you can't do it . Stafford
Yes the lines can be long, but I’ve always gotten the service I needed every time I came to the Stafford Post Office. This is the most important thing to me - getting the assistance I needed. I planned in advance for the lines.
Only in Stafford is the post office so slow. Birmingham and Wolverhampton no problem.
Due to what can now only be perceived to be corporate avarice this store is often severely understaffed resulting in long queues. Expect 40mins-1hr some days. Has been understaffed for years now. It was understaffed before coronavirus, and now that seems the carte blance excuse used by most businesses trying to streamline/reduce overhead costs, by utilizing less employees, and which ultimately results in longer wait times for Joe and Jane public. Staff are mostly alright. Very poor and avaricious business model. Employ more people!! Having old bidsters waiting an hour in a queue to post a letter to their family or friends is not on!! Dig deep ya tight barstewards!
What an appalling post office!!! At the busiest time of the day there is usually only one or at the most two counters manned!!! Worse post office in Stafford
One occasion i have to use it as a matter of importance....closed due to staff illness....... i get that may happen but when you can only Do something at ONE post office in the entire Town!
For a town centre location, the hours of this branch are extremely poor. Ideally should be open from at least 8:30-6, not the 9-5/5:30 service they offer. Also noticed from the start of this year, they now close at half 12 on a Saturday. Every other post office branch in town closes later. Useless. I gave them 2 stars as the staff there are always friendly and polite.
Never enough staff and the queue is ridiculous
