The most dismal customer service I've ever faced in all my life. Lady refused to help me seal my envelope entirely when I had a SIM card inside I had to send overseas which could easily fall out. Also chased a man out for no reason while he was writing a card to his dying wife. The man working on the other hand threw my letter back at me while telling me that they're not responsible for anything when all I requested was some tape or glue, and they could've at least declined politely but instead raised their voices at me. They never smile at any of the customers either, even though I've seen them all to be very friendly. Completely disgusting. Never returning.

Never seen any member of staff smile in this one. Stoic faces and one lady that works there always moans about giving receipts for pre paid parcels even though it’s part of her job and involves holding a scanner over a barcode for a few seconds

The guy serving me was very unfriendly and unhelpful at all did not smile as well. Was my first time doing an international postal, but he was reluctant to teach me what to do.
