The Post Office guy said they don’t do 1st Class Signed For even though it says on the Royal Mail website that they do. He wanted to charge me double for special delivery. He was extremely unhelpful, just smiled and waited for me to leave. Worst experience ever.
The reviews are correct saying a very unpleasant man works there as the postman.
the shop is absolutely disgusting, looks like its never been cleaned, and the guy who deals with the post is the rudest, most horrible person i've ever had the displeasure of speaking to. whenever i have to use the post office i get anxiety cause i know he's going to be absolutely horrible. he is so grumpy, abrupt, and has no people skills what so ever.
This is my local post office, so I have been to post items on a regular basis. As I sell on eBay I’m helping keep this mans job! BUT....... Not once has the post office official smiled. He is always grumpy and unhelpful, as if everything is too much bother. I feel so unwelcome as a paying customer that I will not return.
The service in this post office is atrocious, just been served by what appears to be the owner who sets a new standard in poor customer relations. He overcharged me on posting a DVD so I returned to challenge him. He said the dvd did not fit through the size guide for a large letter, I asked him to re check it as I had not seen him use any guide, he then went in a bad mood and went of to find the dvd to re check. It fitted through the guide so easy it was embarrassing for him. He then never said a word at this point and muttered something not in English when he handed back my correct change, no hint of apology. Slightly miffed I asked for an apology and again he muttered something under his breath, in disbelief i left the shop advising I would not return, at this point he stood and shouted "Good because I do not want you back".....clearest thing he'd said since I'd arrived.
Took 2 cans of lucozade out their fridge and one fell on its side. Hah, couldn't believe it when the ladyowner? on the till rushed round and said I had "damaged a can". She seemed puzzled when I asked her what she wanted me to do about it. A can knocked over with a small dent in it, never even fell on the floor. Unbelievable, she was acting like I took a baseball bat to the fridge or something. Will use any other shop in Inverkeithing than this one again.

These guys just don't care. Sarcastic as usual and very poor customer service. You will understand more when you go there for a basic service. But I don't advise you to put a step in there.
The service is very good and the owners are really nice they are very friendly and all ways willing to help They try their best to provide this service and They also run a shop that provides all the essentials.I shop there regularly and have found them to provide a good quality service.
The post office clerk was very pleasant unlike the lady serving behind the shop counter More interested in what is on her mobile phone than serving you and when you do get served her tone of voice is terribLe I will not be back in her shop and I do not recommend it to any one
