Bit of irony that people are on here writing reviews to complain that it's never open. In less time they could have found out the opening times, online, and planned around it. It's not complicated, is it?! Yes, it is annoying that small branches like this are only open part time, that's just the way things are going with all banks as more and more is done online. And yes I've been frustrated too when I check and find out they are closed on the very day that would be most convenient to go. But I now double check online and plan ahead. Any time I've been in over the last 5 years (even before they went part time) they have always been very quiet and queue free. I've been dealt with quickly and for the most part pleasantly (there was one very young guy recently who was a bit disinterested). If there's so much demand for them - hence why people are complaining they shouldn't be closed so often - why is always so quiet on the days they ARE open? BUnch of moaners, you'd be the first to complain if interest rates went down even further and account costs went up to fund the cost of keeping their under used branches open!!

Extremely angry that this bank is NEVER OPEN. Stop trying to close our local branch. Every Time I walk to the bank there are people turning away becauseit's closed. How can you do this to a branch that every time I was there I had to wait in a queue. There is always someone talking about how it's disgraful that you have this branch open a ridiculous 2 days a week or something like that. I'm today is Thursday and you are closed ?
