We had been recommended to use Portfield Garrard & Wright by our daughter who had previously used them to purchase her new home and we weren’t disappointed! The team at Portfield we’re excellent in providing a first class super efficient and very personal service. All staff were extremely polite and helpful at all times and especially Tanya who handled everything from our initial phone call to put the property on the market to completion, she would keep us up to date with the progress of the sale and always returning our phone calls with positive and reassuring advice. Portfield’s have been absolutely superb, couldn’t rate them high enough. Very informative, chasing clients up, and giving instant feedback. Tanya has been a blessing to work with, regular calls, and communication has been great. Amazing!

Unbelievably terrible, put an offer in I was told it was accepted but I would l need to provide prof of funds, etc. They suggested I email all my personal details. I emailed them asking if they could send them the details in a mode secure manor. They just black holed my question, never got back to me. I tried calling a couple of times but they were closed, not a problem but they just never chased and now sold the house to someone else. Disappointed doesn't cover it. I complained but nothing they can do. Can't take the house off someone else. Could not recommend them for selling or buying. imagine trying to sell using this company. You would never know if they have got anyone interested if they just can't be bothered to follow up. 0 competency from there actions and attitude when I spoke to them.
Emma was fantastic from start to finish of my purchase. Answering all my questions, chasing solicitors and getting back to me timely. I would highly recommend. Thank you!
The team at Portfield have been exceptional from promptly informing me of viewings to daily updates prior to completion. I had a very complex sale that has been challenging for myself and all the staff, in particular Tanya who has kept me posted all the way. They are a very professional, friendly team who always get back to you with any queries you may have. I would highly recommend using this company and cannot thank them enough for the service they provided in what was a very difficult time for me.
