I recently left my car into Porters for a body repair and was very impressed with their professionalism and efficiency through out the process. They kept me fully informed of each stage of the journey of my car repair. I would highly recommend Porters to anyone requiring this type of service.

Initially Porters aren't the cheapest but they perform professionally in every procedure and save you £££S in the long-term. On arrival the customer is greeted by naturally friendly and helpful staff and, if there is a short waiting time, there are comfortable seats, daily newspaper and liquid refreshment. A courtesy vehicle can be made available given forward planning and availability. During the period of repairs text messages are sent regularly, keeping you, the customer, up-to-date thus saving you time and phone calls. There is a body repair shop just over half a mile from my home with nowhere to relax, no reading material and no courtesy vehicle, but I travel two and a half miles to benefit from Porters' professional procedures to avoid unnecessary returns. NB. I do not work for Porters nor do I get any reward whatsoever for writing this comment!

This company are daylight robbers!!!!! Had to repair a small dent to a 09 ford mondeo. There quote was £925. I don't know much about body repairs so I tried two other company's. CM body repair shops quote was £250 and BRENDAN NEESON's quote was £240? If you have any sense you'll go to a different company as porters prices are scandalous. They were charging over £700 for labour alone. The girl who owned the car got another price which was £280 which I happily paid after I was getting RIPPED of by PORTERS.
