I went for an AC regas after installing new compressor and dryer, although they were a 2 hour drive away, they were the cheapest by far at £60. This includes a free system test and then recharge. After nearly an hour they discovered I had a faulty pressure switch and were unable to charge the system fully. They didn't charge me for their time even though I felt a little guilty about it. I would certainly recommend this Kwik Fit for their professionalism and customer care. I will return.
The chap in Portadown who dealt with us my husband and I both brought our cars to be dealt with on the same day for the Aircon regassing, was really great. Helpful, professional and courteous. He was very accommodating and informative which was much appreciated.
I was able to book and pay for my tyres online, selecting the time that I was able to have them done. Service from the Staff was excellent - all friendly and professional. I will definitely be back
Excellent, had to go to the Portadown branch because my local Lisburn branch was not at all interested with my puncture issue saying they had no appointments left for several days. However, I was fortunate enough to speak with Brian in the Portadown branch who was more than helpful. Upon arrival I was treated with the utmost courtesy, my puncture was repaired within 20 minutes. I was very impressed with the way that Brian and the team in Portadown branch conduct themselves.
The service was so personalised. I went in for one service and it was outlined to me that it was unsafe for me to proceed any further journeys in my car as I required new brakes. I appreciated that the team were safeguarding me and highlighted their concerns immediately. The problem was fixed promptly and in such a professional manner. Frank and the team are 5 star. Thank you so much.

Seen straightaway. Excellent service. Sorted the tyre and I was on my way within 20 mins. Very reasonable price too.
Quick service from staff that want to help you. Sorted my exhaust when another exhaust centre had said they wouldn't be able to get it off due to welding/rust at the join. No such problem for Kwik Fit - Thank you. Another helpful visit to Kwik Fit today Feb 2023, Brian and the team managed to solve the exhaust issue for me very quickly and efficiently. Thank you.
Top class service again from frank and his team. Purchased 2 tyres plus wheel alignment and was in and out in 30 minutes, the whole experience was hassle free. Would recommend their tyre care insurance it gives you piece of mind for 12 months. Thanks again I’ll be back
Guy was very polite and helpful when I went in with air in tyres all over the place. Set the tyres to the right air pressure and informed where the information was in the car
