Today my sister was invited to an exclusive driving experience featuring multiple new Porsche 911 992.2 models, and I was lucky enough to attend as her plus one.nnFrom the moment we arrived, the whole team were welcoming, friendly, and professional. I experienced an informative presentation of the first vehicle, along with a detailed step-by-step walkthrough from Alfie. He kept the conversation light-hearted, engaging, and easy to follow, making the experience enjoyable from the start.nnOnce we arrived at our next destination, I had the opportunity to have an in-depth conversation with Harry about the engineering behind the vehicles and the different packages available across the 911 range. Again, Harry was approachable, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. My questions were answered confidently and without hesitation, and despite being a “plus one,” I genuinely felt valued and included throughout the day.nnAlthough my interactions with some of the other Porsche representatives were more limited, everyone I spoke with was friendly and welcoming, allowing me to relax and fully enjoy the experience.nnI just want to say thank you to everyone involved for such a fantastic day. Experiences like this leave a lasting impression, and I would happily recommend not only Porsche, but also the Porsche Centre Wilmslow dealership.nnThe passion and enthusiasm from the team truly reflected the Porsche brand and made the day even more memorable.
The service here used to be poor and I made no secret of that, to the point where I was seriously looking at another Porsche Centre. Calls not answered, answered calls not returned, battles to get the cars issues fixed, long wait times for booking in etc. The GM asked me to give them a chance and stick with it, and I'm glad I did, because the transformation has been remarkable.nnMichelle in particular has been fantastic. She consistently goes above and beyond and nothing is ever too much trouble. But it isn't just her. Every single person we've dealt with, from reception to the drivers to the wider service team, has been brilliant. Friendly, genuinely helpful, and with a proper can-do attitude throughout.nnThis is exactly the level of service you'd expect from a premium marque. I'd got to the point of thinking I'd never own another Porsche. I've changed my mind entirely, and honestly, this team would make it very difficult for me to go anywhere else for my next car.nnCredit where it's due. A genuinely impressive turnaround.
Great service from Michelle, I had a nightmare trying to get back after a tyre failure in north wales, Michelle sent me her personal number to help out of hours, which was a great relief, as for Porsche Assist we were astounded at the lack of communication / coordination between their subcontractors AA, Cemac, Enterprise car hire in Bangor, a local recovery firm and taxi drivers. Called Porsche assist at 11am, I spent over 4 hours on the phone to Porsche, Cemac, Enterprise etc - 50 calls back and forth with no solution, but many false promises, later a taxi arrived unexpectedly at 10pm and took us to Wilmslow, which enabled me to attend an important hospital appointment.
I can’t speak highly enough of Lisa McDonald at Porsche Centre Wilmslow. From the moment I contacted her, the level of customer service has been exceptional.nnLisa has genuinely gone above and beyond to help me with my Taycan. She has taken the time to look into everything properly, kept me updated throughout, worked hard to find the best solution for me and arranged for the car to be thoroughly checked so everything is right and ready for its future 111-point inspection.nnWhat really stands out is that Lisa genuinely cares about the customer and takes ownership rather than simply passing things on. Nothing has felt like too much trouble, and she has somehow managed to make sorting tyres and a front splitter enjoyable — which is quite an achievement! nnHer communication has been brilliant, friendly and personal from start to finish. It’s exactly the level of service you hope to receive when dealing with Porsche and a great example of how looking after a customer properly builds confidence in both the dealership and the brand.nnLisa is an absolute credit to Porsche Centre Wilmslow, and I’ll definitely be asking for her whenever my car needs anything in the future.nnThank you again, Lisa — 5-star service and thoroughly deserved.
