Very impressed with Porsche Wilmslow,  i had a problem with my car rang them up they told me to bring my car straight down and they will have a look at it for me. 10 minutes later i arrive, was warmly greeted by the girls on the front and was introduced to Stuart the service manager he took my keys while i had a coffee. Stuart had fixed my car there and then. 
very professional and all the staff are lovely! Great coffee too.

Customer service maybe very good. However I found that they were not as child friendly as Tesla showroom was. They literally had a room dedicated to children. And when we left Tesla showroom they gave our children really good quality colouring pencils and colouring pads. Come on Porsche, you can do far better!

Started my car this morning, in terrible weather conditions. Warning indicator appeared telling me I am out of coolant. In a panic I rang up my local dealer (Wilmslow Porsche) spoke to a lovely gent called Pete and said he will be more than happy to top up the coolant, within an hour. When I arrived I got a great warm reception and technician Sam Beckett did an outstanding job explaining to me what he had done. Asked If I wanted to get the car washed, I was in a rush so declined the polite offer. I was fully prepared to get my wallet out and make a payment for the work done. He said no worries it’s on the house! You don’t get service like that in many places these days. What a lovely bunch of people. Totally made up. Thank you so much guys helping me out this morning, especially Sam Beckett. Much appreciated.

Lovely atmosphere at the dealership. I took my 7 year old little boy in who adores Porsche,  the girls on the front were lovely offered us both a drink and biscuits. Let him take pictures and have a sit in his favorite ones, also on our way out the girls on reception had made a goodie bag with posters and pencils etc in for him. Felt very welcome and one of the sales man answered all of his questions he had.

I have been very impressed with Porsche centre Wilmslow. It's a fabulous showroom which makes full use of its size to show off the vast array of beautiful Porsches. The waiting area is great with free wifi and coffee. I had a 4 wheel alignment service on my car and its transformed the handling and ride of the car. Special thanks go to Bill and Stuart for looking after me so well this morning. I'll definitely be using you guys again for future servicing and work and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending you. Keep up the great work guys.
