What can I say, amazing experience at Porsche today! Outstanding customer service and genuine care. Nothing was too much trouble, they left me with the feeling of WOW in terms of customer service. Everyone has been amazing & Samantha is just the best ! Great Team work from these guys, highly recommended !!

The service provided by the staff from my phone call, emails and then actual appointment were all first class so friendly and caring making sure my wife and I were happy with our car. The hand over from Samantha was superb she covered everything I needed and more. This was a fantastic experience for us being helped and guided in achieving a lifetime goal. Truly shocking service, been calling them weekly for around 4 months to get me car booked in for a recall issue and each time I get told 'someone will call you back' and no one ever does, despite even explaining to them that each time i call, you say exactly the same thing 'someone will call you back' and then nobody does! Am genuinely puzzled, as a business owner myself I would never treat potential clients in this way, honestly I think they probably don't care, anyways I got fed up and called Porsche Stockport today and car got booked in for the next available date in a matter of minutes.

really smooth buying experience. Good advice on  originally relatively vague requirements when I first entered the dealership. I was allowed to drive a 991.2 and a 992 as a comparison without much fuss.  As  a family of 5 Rob didn’t hesitate in allowing us time to ensure everyone had a spin in both cars.  Couldn’t be happier with my car. After nearly 10months I still turn round to look at it !!nnI didn’t haggle on the price but did push on my Px, which was actually bettered. My only niggle was that the DVLA continued to chase me for my PX not having road tax. That was eventually sorted out by Porsche.

Great experience at Porsche Wimslow.  Harriet made us feel very welcome and comfortable.  The changeover to our new car was so straightforward and no hesitations if I had any questions or worries!!  No hesitations in going back if I have any queries or issues and will return when we are looking to change again.
