Excellent customer service at McLaren Manchester when I went to look around their new showroom last week. The showroom in Wilmslow is absolutely amazing and is shared with Rolls Royce, which makes visiting it even more exciting. I would like to say a big thanks to the salesman Chris, who really knows his stuff about the cars and is absolutely brilliant. He was extremely courteous and enthusiastic with me offering me a test drive (which I politely declined as I was not in a position to buy straight away). Chris clearly loves the cars, as well as his job, and is a credit to the company. Now all I have to do is save up enough for a 720s and I'll definitely be back.

Nice reception staff and I like the fact that McLaren share the same building as Rolls Royce. But the sales staff need training on how to be hospitable and how to give a potential customer a good experience when visiting the show room. I took the afternoon off because I was informed by Rhino Events that the ‘appointments are allocated in two hourly time slots’ but when I was eventually seen by the sales rep he couldn’t wait to get away and I was left to wonder around the show room by myself. I wasn’t even allowed a test drive!

The new McLaren Manchester showroom is the new standard in Supercar showrooms. Excellent display of cars, friendly staff creating a relaxed atmosphere and Chris Wigglesworth always on hand & able to make a deal work. Highly recommended!
