Their choice of product is faultless - Gazelle knows how to make great quality practical bikes which won't damage your back like racing bikes. However, the people who own this shop have frankly bizarre ideas about how to run a business. The opening hours of the shop are irrelevant - they open and close whenever they feel like it they are mostly closed. And if you call their number, you have a large chance of being put through to the answer phone and then not receiving a call back. The 'FREE 24/7 online delivery service' actually costs £7, or £25 for large items. Why is it so hard to find a decent bike shop in the UK where the staff are knowledgable, honest, courteous and hard working?? In the Netherlands they are everywhere.
Frustrating online customer service. Did not respond to emails. I decided to order parts anyway, which their website said were in stock. The website accepted my order, and debited my PayPal account. However, my order was later canceled, and the store said the parts were not in stock after all. I did get my money back eventually, but some transparency in what is actually for sale would be helpful.
