I used Pooleys for the purchase of my current house and i could not recommend them enough, everything was made very clear and explained in layman's terms, the process was very strait forward and we had completed in next to no time. the solicitor we used (Mr.Giles ) was very professional and pleasant to work with.

Very poor communication and client care. I had a pre-arranged meeting, but I arrived to be told that it was cancelled and that I should see another one of the solicitors. I was then informed that the services would cost 4 times the rate quoted on the phone in advance, despite having been very clear and explicit about my requirements previously. A poor experience overall.
