This is a really hard one as My stay here and the help I’ve had received Regarding a serious infection I really couldn’t fault and would off more if I could give five or six or 10 stars. The staff are so hard working and always busy really helpful so the stars are for them And then we come to the catering department.. I would not even serve what they’ve served me to a dog I didn’t know there was such things as green jacket potatoes until one was put in front of me, You’re looking after the sickest people, and then you’re putting food in front of them and Which cannot be eaten, !! For this you get -1 if I could
I went to the hospital with poisoning, tests, were done quite quickly, which showed a bad result, after which i was placed in hospital All doctors were polite and attentive But there was another case -We went to the hospital when my son was injured after falling off his bicycle. The queue was incredible. We were forced to stop the bleeding ourselves with just a T-shirt. After 3 hours of waiting, the nurse said that an X-ray is not needed and to wait for the doctor. After getting to the doctor, he sent for an X-ray. So it's another turn. The doctor was attentive and gave the necessary treatment, but we spent almost 6 hours in the hospital.
Having been told to attend Poole A&E by Wimborne MIU, I was pleasantly greeted by reception, details taken quickly, then sent to the Urgent Treatment Centre, after triage I was moved back to A&E. I was assessed quickly again with further tests & scans etc there were quite a few other patients within the department finally to be discharged. Yes OK I was there for a few hours but, from my entry into the hospital, reception to the nurses & doctors who were all attentive, professional & caring. People knock our NHS, today I experienced it at it's best. Thank you Poole Hospital.
Fantastic care from the medical team.nNot living local, I had to check myself in on Boxing Day 2023. The care and attention to detail was very much appreciated. Thank you to all and I am extremely grateful for my personal care experience. A total credit to their medical profession.
Signed myself into a and e on the busiest night of the year still got seen.nThen the next day the service I received from Vicki, Stuart and finally Gemma was amazing thank you again from me and my family
