Terrible service from the beginning. We were led to believe we were dealing with an experience employee yet after receiving no correspondence from them we found out we were being dealt with a trainee and didn't warrant the fee were were paying. On two occasions we received an email from PA who had received questions from our buyers solicitors which took PA a month to forward to us!
After two complaints we eventually did get the experienced employee's service some 15+ weeks down the line. Even then the 'advice' we needed was terrible and felt like we were left on our own to sort some issues out.
I would strongly advise anyone looking to have PA for conveyancing to look elsewhere!

If I could select 0 stars, I would. Used for conveyancing, when buying a property. 

Never responded to e-mails or phone calls, had to chase repeatedly for any contact. During whole process it took 10 weeks to receive my first unsolicited communication from Poole Alcock, and this only followed a formal complaint. 

If buying or selling a property, go elsewhere. Save yourself the stress and time. 

I could have done the conveyancing myself, I don't even think anyone even read my contract. Would not recommend.
