Based on personal experience I would recommend going somewhere else for any conveyancing requirements. Extremely poor communication and a final bill almost double the original quote with little warning and no explanation. Furthermore, it was difficult to obtain the final amount due and was then given very little time to pay it in order to complete when required. I was disappointed, especially as the sellers were also using HSW.

Ian and his team have been nothing but professional from start to finish and they do not try to stretch things out for more money, they advise on how to go about things to reduce costs and give sound advice as well as getting the right result.
