Removed from the delivery service after many years without any communication or explanation. Not sure of the guys name that works there now, but my only two experiences with him I’ve come away thinking he’s a rude individual once on the phone and once in store Never had an issue with this pharmacy until recently, all the other staff have been pleasant.
Recently moved from my local pharmacy to here on recommendation from a friend. What a difference, no more getting stressed because that's all I had from my previous pharmacy. To actually receive my medication on time with no hiccups is wonderful. Staff are helpful too. So glad I changed, just wish I had done it years ago.
Absolutely fantastic service as usual, Nicky really excelled her customer service with issues from my dad being discharged from hospital and sorting his medication out,thank you always been a fantastic chemist and Nicky has gone up and beyond, thank you
Very poor service and prescriptions going missing had to wait a extra week for inhalers
A wonderful team of staff who have helped me no end this last couple of weeks to arrange collection of my prescriptions because there have been a couple of issues with my doctors surgery they've rung the doctors on more than 1 occasion chasing the prescriptions up something I know goes beyond their job role a very anxious person i ask alot of questions they have remained patient with me throughout Pontnewydd pharmacy keeps the meaning of caring for your community alive something which is hard to find these days their priority is their customers this hasn't changed during the last several months of covoid... Nicki thank you for your help a lovely lady who again has gone that extra mile.....Also thank you to Gemma the pharmacist who again has helped the kindness from both of you is really appreciated. Amwar I've probably got the name and spelling wrong apologies for this whos the pharmacist the majority of the time has again helped me with arranging and chasing prescriptions from the doctors realising the stress it was causing he dealt with the issues himself the advice given is always detailed and correct advising me about medication i should have already known a very talented pharmacist who I'm sure will go far with his career......thank you. Thank you to everyone at the pharmacy you really are a trouper of a team anyone needing a pharmacy or advice use Pontnewydd pharmacy
