The whole experience from start to finish was smooth and hassle free. Every person I came into contact with was friendly and helpful.nI went in with an idea of what car I was looking for but ended up changing my mind and at no point did I feel that I was being rushed to make a decision, even though it was quite late in the day.nNathan was so helpful taking me out on a test drive and completing the initial order. I was kept up to date at every stage of the process, being informed of when I could expect the car to arrive.nStefan ran through all the financial information and was helpful and ensured it was all plain sailing.nOn collection day Lewis spent the time talking me through all of the controls and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. He made sure I felt comfortable with the vehicle before leaving and said I could contact him at any time with any questions.nOverall I cannot fault the service I received throughout and I am thoroughly enjoying my new car.
I bought a Megane EV last week. I am so delighted with the car. I dealt with Lewis who was friendly and professional and made the transaction seamless - even ensuring I had 100% charge to drive away with! Everyone in the showroom was super friendly and I would definitely recommend Ponthir Newport.

Having spent many hours researching a change of vehicle, I decided that the new Renault Capture e-tec was an ideal choice.nI visited Ponthir Road Garage who were the local dealers and I was given great help by Lewis Ford who helped me select a car from their stock,nOn collecting the car, he talked me through the various selections available on the screen which can be confusing at first and offered a back up service if needed.nOverall, I can recommend the company and all the staff that I came in contact with, all of whom were very helpful.
