My mum is 88 years old and there is a receptionist who is very kind and caring to her over the past few years. Today’s online consultation went in at around 4.30 with a very fast and thoughtful response by 6.30pm from Dr Phul. Man thanks
I filed in the form to register this GP the first time they lost the form after a month they told me “sorry we lost your family form” and then I filled the form again so whenever I needed an appointment they would book an appointment for my child because he has eczema and I needed an appointment but they didn’t book one for me and my child’s situation has gotten a lot more worse then it already is . The worst GP in Newcastle.
Still waiting for a nurse to call me back to book vaccinations for travel abroad. Two weeks down the line. No call and rang three times! Such poor service!
I’ve been registered here for 3 years, and I have to say that I find the service, the reception staff and the doctors brilliant. I always manage to get an appointment, and if I ever put in a request for my children, they’re always seen the same day. I find anima easy to use too. It’s a shame about all the negative reviews as I’ve genuinely never had one complaint. So from me I have to say thank you.
Unbelievable uncaring useless lack of service don't answer phone will not book doctors appointment for you insist you go on line then wait up to 48 hours for a response surly unhelpful made me wait 3 weeks for appointment then I didn't get the doctor I requested but a locum unfamiliar with my case ..this place needs shutting down...hideous experience every time
