Great dentist, my first experience using the practice, very professional from the beginning. I am starting my Smile White Aligner plan and the dental practitioner Jose is brilliant.
I rang Ponsford in desperation and was seen the very morning i rang. All staff very kind and friendly, and very understanding. I cannot thank them enough for seeing me so quickly and helping me. THANK YOU.
Brilliant team all round, from reception to dental nurse to dentist. Professional and friendly, highly recommended!
In my younger years I had a few bad experiences with dental practices which in turn led to a 20 year dental void. My dental hygiene was not in a good place and 4 months ago. So bad was my pain that I had no choice, and Pondsford 59 took me on. All the staff from reception to senior dental surgeon and the hygienist were absolutely brilliant. I was open and honest with them about my past and what I would like to achieve. They did not judge me, far from it they sat me down had a chat and we worked out the way forward. 4 months later I am smiling again and feel so much more confident talking in public. I cannot thank the staff there enough for giving me my confidence and a much better smile again. And before anyone asks, no they have not sold me anything I did not need. In fact I am amazed with how much has been achieved with so few appointments. If you are looking for the perfect dental practice Pondsford 59 is your best choice.
I am always very anxious and dread it when I go to the dentist but everyone is so lovely here especially Ms Jose and her lovely nurse. They were so patient with me. Made me feel at ease and took their time during my treatment constantly checking I was ok. They did everything they could to make my visit one of the best I have ever experienced at any dental practice. I am so glad I was able to register here. They put patient care first. Can't thank them enough.
