These people should not be allowed to practice. I had an infection and abscess prior to Covid-19 and when my surgery was cancelled I was not provided with ongoing painkillers or advice about risks meaning I was left to suffer severe pain throughout lockdown when I became immune to painkillers and worsening condition that resulted in having to pay for an emergency consultant in a private hospital. Not only did the infection spread but other health conditions were affected. I plan to sue the dentist and would not recommend to my worst enemy.
Although the dentists themselves are great, the admin and reception staff are appalling. Registered as new patient in Nov, not seen until January. Appointment times are always way behind, and was even not noted as arrival on last visit and told because I’d be marked as late I’d not be seen despite it being reception staff error. Once Devon lift the new patience restrictions I’ll be moving practice......
Called today as chipped front tooth last night, receptionist very professional and friendly and made apt for me at 12 same day! Saw Dr de Joeng- very professional and helpful explained everything and fixed my tooth-perfect a work of art and skill thank you ! And a bargain! Def recommend. Thanx guys
Really lovely people and friendly atmosphere a nice place to go when your feeling a bit nervous about the dentist
