Nice shop. Nice Products. Do not get what you pay for. Bought/ordered a LFC All Seasons Just Like Down Duvet set. Went to get it today, sent home with a knocked around box - checked receipt, not the same as purchased - and sold a blatant lie that the item had been in transit and been checked. Told staff would take it but would bring back if wrong. Note two points already. Then as soon as got home - less than 20 minutes - opened the brown taped sealed box and took out first of the two quilts - in a bag belonging to a different item in the first instance; second, now 'smell a rat' opened this first item up IT IS FILTHY inside it - like dirty water. I was assured the item had been personally checked (more lies). The receipt states won't take back, due to hygiene, but this one is coming back and I will expect refund/brand new item plus the two travel costs of getting into town. I do not drive. Shameful behaviour. I knew I should have left it, my instincts told me so, but I trusted the sales ladies - both of them telling me all was fine. Well, I am not a mug and they have done Ponden no service as the item is coming back. I have tried to locate them by phone but it is permanently engaged. This is what happens when you trust people.
