Poor customer service. Contacted them re broken knife when slicing part boiled potato. They have not bothered to reply. Only interested in the money and not looking after their customers which is a shame as the cutting blades are pretty good. I have removed my blood from the pictured knife. Would not have given them any stars as none are deserved if they do not care about their customers. Would recommend not buying from them.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY SUPPLY YOU WITH FAULTY GOODS THEN ONLY REFUND HALF YOUR MONEY.......THEN IGNORE YOUR EMAILS.

This Jean Patrique is yet another trading name operating out of Sittingborne, Kent. A shady outfit that hides behind multiple business names...but ALL under one umbrella and all leaving a trail of disappointment and anger behind them. A low percentage of orders are actually fulfilled....the way to get action is to let them know that if they do not deliver in 48 hours they will get a visit that will leave them requiring a visit to A & E. That seems to work very well indeed. You can also report them to Trading Standard at Kent County Council.

AWFUL SERVICE ORDERED A £80 KNIFE SET ON 31ST MAY AND HAVE BEEN NONE STOPPED FOBBED OF WITH EXCUSES WE ARE NOW HEADING INTO THE MIDDLE OF JULY AND I STILL HAVE NO REFUND NOR NO KNIFE SET ... AVIOD LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!!!!!!

Lucky to get one star...could not do zero stars....what a joke company...after my experience I would advise you stay well clear of them.....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
