Ordered a couple of plants online for our wildlife pond and was really impressed. My order was processed in a couple of hours and arrived the next day. The plants were all healthy and well packaged.

We turned up unexpected we should have phoned first but we were welcomed by one of the owners a very nice lady. She was very helpful showing us around the vast area of tunnels and explaining the difference between this plant and that plant finally ending with 4 plants ideal for our pond. A quick run down to the local petrol station to get cash out and two very happy customers on our way home Highly recommended

Fast and personal service. Gave good, friendly advice on the phone. Last year I ordered some frogbit from elsewhere but the plants that just arrived from Pond Plant Growers Direct are superior with much more extensive root. They had the plants available earlier in the year than others online and with more affordable delivery which came next day after ordering in the afternoon. Fantastic first experience. I'd be very happy to use Pond Plant Growers Direct again and recommend them.

The plants arrived quickly, well packaged and healthy. Not only that, I called and changed part of my order after I placed it - easily. I'd also made a mistake on clicking the drop down auto address on postcode, so they didn't have it all. They noticed and called me - immediately. Sorted that out too. There are real people on the phone, who provide real customer service - and lovely plants at good prices.

Wide variety of good quality plants for all the different pond situations that arrived promptly and were extremely well packaged.  The website gives comprehensive details on how to site and care for them.  Very pleased with the friendly service and would thoroughly recommend them.
