I love Polished Nail Studio! I have been getting my nails done here for almost 4 years. Janny is amazing and talented! But the whole staff is always so friendly and kind. The salon is also very professional, clean and very cute! I would highly recommend getting your nails here.

I recently started going to Polished Nail Studio.  I had great experiences both times with two different nail technicians.  They both were super gentle and took their time ensuring the service they provided was perfect.  Everyone was super friendly and the studio is very clean. Annie is amazing!! I never get my nails done but this was a treat and was so happy I tried here for the first time.  Beautiful environment.

Polished Nails is the place to be. Their salon makes you feel very comfortable and you can see they are visibly keeping up with The new precautions.  I came in to get my nails done for a little getaway. I was afraid they would be too long and may break since I was going to be doing things like back country camping but let me tell you! These nails did not lift ! Nothing is chipping and the design is still beautifully intact. Annie did a wonderful job. And if you don’t believe me. Here is a photo two weeks after I got back from my trip! Good as new.

The place is very cute and clean.  The staff were friendly. Anita did my nails and she was amazing, very nice and professional.  She was so detailed and made sure my toes were perfect. Only downside is the chairs for the pedicure were not the most comfortable.Service:&nbsp;Pedicure

2. Thank you for your response. The staff who was training her, as well as the staff beside me doing my friends nails understood the service I requested and were aware of the misunderstanding. Also, another staff member who asked me if I was ready for my manicure - who told the receptionist how much to charge me, knew what happened. This seems like there’s perhaps an education opportunity for the experienced staff regarding customer service as you described below. There was ample time while I was there to address the issue, as I waited with my friend until I needed to go to work.  1. Be careful! Beautiful salon and disappointing experience. I requested a polish removal on my feet and a manicure - what i received was polish on my feet :/ I discussed the service I wanted with both the technician and someone who was mentoring her. The technician never clarified the service I wanted; I noticed when she already started my toes, and let  it be as there was a language barrier and I unfortunately was not able to understand her. When the staff, including the person giving her direction heard there was a big mistake made on their end; there was no apology or attempt to right their wrong. A staff member who I didn’t work with told the receptionist how much to charge me - which wasn’t explained or any attempt to right their wrong. Unprofessional and disappointing service, will not be back

The team at polished nail studio are absolutely fantastic! Not only are they very talented artists, they are also professional and welcoming. The space is always clean and cheerful! I have been regularly getting my gel nails filled for over 2 years now and highly recommend any of the girls who work there. I'll be a customer for life!
