The staff are all friendly, helpful and extremely good at their job. Would recommend this place to anyone and would suggest booking an appointment as they are always busy.   My friend travels up from London to get her nails done, she has had them done in London and in Dubai but maintains that this is the best place!

I'm never going here again. 
Tldr: awful customer service, filed off my skin, filed nails unevenly & try to scam.

Terrible service - staff don't know how to smile, instead of asking to move your hand they grab, shove or repeatedly tap it.
When ladies there have done my nails they've been okay. Whenever a guy has done them they've been so careless & harsh with with the electric file they've filed off my skin around the nail which is painful enough, then when under the UV lamp it burned. This happened when I had both acrylics & shellac. 
He also filed my nails at an angle so they are sloping down to one side. 🙃
They try and persuade you to spend money on things you don't want every time & are so pushy.
They also told me the wrong price & said I was lying when I told them I'd come in before with my friend and they'd charged her that. The guy then kept changing the price just so I'd stay.

My experience with American nails was delightful. They were how I wanted and not to pricy. My nails look nice and none have broken as of yet thank u l.
