I have my nail's done by Holly and I am always very happy with them as she is fantastic at her job. I would never go to any other nail salon as none of them are as good or as polite and friendly as all the staff.

First few times I went here the nails and service was fantastic and I was so happy with them but I have no idea what’s happened but they are awful, first bad experience I thought it was just because they stressed and thought I’d go back and I massively regret it, my nail beds are badly damaged, my hand was pulled around, they dug their nails into my hand and no communication. was doing their own thing, ive left with extremely wonky nails where they didn’t even check they were the same length!!! Waste of money and my time, not worth going back ever, ive had to go to someone else to fix my nails and save them from being wonky and all over the place!

Absolutely awful experience. I had recently got engaeged and wanted my nails done as you do. The man basically had a go at me because I was 3 minutes late and he's going to have to rush them. If I had knew what I did at the end, I would have rather he sent me away if it put him out that much. He filed my skin as well as my nails (filing my skin better!) he told me to dry them under the light half way through, my nails bubbled because he didn't say when to take them out as he was doing the other hand. He then said it was MY fault for putting them under there and he didn't say to! Feeling awkward as he carried on.. I was sitting at the other table drying them, there was still plastic hanging of, paint on my fingers and stinging like mad because of the filing. As my partner pointed them out because it was his treat and he weren't happy with them, he was talking like I weren't there saying it was my fault, I was late, I made him do it. Sighed and sat down and corrected them, still weren't amazing. I had all the files under my nails, a few were painted over the whole nail and still paid him the full amount.
It was honestly the worst experience of getting my nails done and I'm no stranger to getting them done!
Appalling service, manners and nails altogether!

Did my gel manicure badly - my nails looked streaky and messy. The man was extremely rude and pulled my hand around lots. The gel nails have chipped after a day. Will not be returning here.
