A huge thank you to the lovely lady's at Changes salon, they saved the day after a disaster with box dye bleach seemed like a good idea after a couple of drinks - they made me feel so safe and there was no judgement at all - completely rescued my hair which is now happy and healthy again, all in a very last minute appointment at a very reasonable price I'm so grateful for these wonderful women and really could not recommend them enough! Lesson learned- ALWAYS GO TO A PROFESSIONAL! <3 before/after pictures attached, although really doesn't do it justice!

I emailed to book a treatment for a friend and myself at the same time, which was for my birthday. The treatments were confirmed in an email back to me by 'Janina' and I was asked to provide my details, which I did. We were really excited to be having this and rushed out of the Ramsgate thermal spa to get to Changes Day spa for our treatments on time. My friend travelled to Ramsgate from Maidstone for the treatment and when we arrived we were told there was no booking and "I am the only one here". I appreciate mistakes do happen but there was no acknowledgement that a mistake had been made or an apology. This was particularly bad because it was a special occasion and my friend had travelled.
I just wanted to applaud what a great job Janina and her team did on my hair! They really knew the style I was wanting and Janina did a great job fixing it from the previous cut that I had! I will definitely be going back for future hair cuts, colour and styling’s! I love my new style!! Thank you very much !!!!
As always, Janina treated me like a celebrity! All the staff are friendly, yet professional, and the whole experience is great. I always leave the salon feeling 100% better than when I go in. MM
I came in to model for a Brazilian keratin treatment and blow dry today. Despite my stylist not turning up, one of the managers, Jess, asked if she could show her two juniors to do the treatment. I was happy to oblige, and felt very much looked after and valued by the entire team. I enjoyed the experience that much that I've booked in for a repeat treatment in the recommended 12 week time frame. Thank you for a lovely morning. XxService: Hairstyling
Really enjoyed my manicure and pedicure experience with Anita. She put me at ease as I am not used to pampering myself. I love the colour of nail polish Anita advised me to go for as I am getting married soon, it looks really elegant. Love the naughty red polish on my toe nails too. I will definitely be back.
Went for head massage but arms neck were massaged but wasn't a usual head massage. Bit disappointed as it was a Christmas present
Was a very neat and clean place, and the service providers are extremely nice. I was offered coffee as well, and the professionals were very respectful and responsible. The haircut I got was exactly according to how I wanted it. So loved it!
