Roomy transport to the station. Station very clean but could be furnished a little better. Blankets weren’t the best either. Personally if I was running the place I would have red bulls or purple Powerades for over night stayers. All in and all I kept getting a slight smell of vomit but it was a good stay. Would definitely attend again.

Phone rings out.. tried to call as a few lads on the tram angrily talking about smashing someone’s door in, punching them out and lighting their house/apartment on fire. Just a concerned citizen but clearly it can’t be that important unless it’s a triple zero call!

Great service! I am looking after my neighbors house and pets while she is overseas. I Heard noises thern saw lights go on and off at around 1:00am when no one was supposed to be there. I was too scared to knock or use the key, so I called them. Four Officers arrived in about 20 mins. Turns out it was a false alarm. It was an expected visitor she forgot to tell me about. I thought they might be mad that I wasted their time but they said I did the right thing and were cool about it. Double thumbs up!

After an incident today involving a car ramming into the back of car 4 times and going to the police station I was treated like a criminal. I walked in expecting to explain what happened. As I entered the police station a woman police officer approached me and directed me through a door. I started of saying that I would explain what happened not leaving out any details, I then was cut off and accused of being on my phone which I will add was left at home and have proof to show I wasn't. The woman then raised her voice at me and told me that the other woman who had hit me 4 times was in the right as I was on my phone and was apparently distracted so this made it alright... I was in tears at the stage and barely could breathe as I was just hit and abused by a woman in a Volvo! My sister tried to calm me down as I felt like a rat trapped in a room. She asked the woman to stop yelling at me as I was clearly upset. The woman said "this isn't yelling do you want me to show you what yelling is". My sister had to leave as and all that came from that experience was me saying sorry to the police officers for going to the effort of finding the woman and taking the time out of their busy days to deal with us. I said I would leave after being told I should be greatful and didn't get to write a statement as I was told "I would loose my licence if I did because it's her word against mine". At the end of the day, the thing I was most upset aboit wasn't a lady ramming into the back of my car 4 times it was how I was treated at this police station!

Hi,  based my personal experience, Newcastle police department office, are the most unethical unprofessional most corrupt and etcetera. They have lack of understanding like  and no compassion whats ever. I have personally witnessed first hand the unethical unprofessional and most of all other stuff that has been going on in based on my experience dealing with the Newcastle department housing new South Wales police they are corrupt. The Newcastle police officers the regular ones. I collect evidence to prove in court that how corrupt they are. I have been a victim in certain circumstances so I got court orders when the police and the courts when the court orders the police to do their job you would expect they would so the reason I get evidence is so I can show the court that the police is physically and mentally uncapable to do their job even though they've been Court ordered them to do so.  so I hope to prove this when I go to court next they have showed no compassion towards me or my family no empathy or lack of understanding they have treated me so poorly physically and mentally they had just simply don't care what so ever.......that you are very much corrupt in so many ways are I just wouldn't know where to begin the treatment that I have received that I did not deserve one bit I basically I would not recommend dealing with the Newcastle Police Station all the police I would it will advise them based on the assessments and everything else that has been all will be eventually provided. This is based on my personal experience and based on professional assessment and based on other things. My case is currently going through the courts right now so the ports are currently handling it it's a clear indication that the Newcastle Police people from the Newcastle Police Station clearly can't handle it or can't even do their job thoughts. If they start opens and compassion and empathy and actually helping actually real good people actually help good people that cry out for help or non crying out or people that come in there because of whatever situation it is you would expect they would actually do their job especially when they're Court ordered too. I have no bad feelings I have no daddy Logan see people but I personally would avoid dealing with them in future as in regards to that there are other services that are so much better out there that I would strongly recommend trying other services and other police stations and other police officers. Giving personal private information out without their knowledge or consent or not even telling someone without their knowledge etc so I hope to file official complaint to the main office this is the reason why I'm doing that. I have been nothing but open and honest with you and just myself I'm the most honest caring kind person you'll ever meet. But I what I don't appreciate some people take advantage of someone's good nature. I'm just I've told nothing but the truth and open and nothing but the truth I have nothing to gain for this I've got nothing to hide so if you have a problem with me speaking my mind or speak in the trees that I can back up with Anna see you in court until it then let's leave it be and drop it at that and that's hopefully move forward with our lives. Let me just advise you as well anything you do say or do will be recorded for future. Thank you for breathing open honesty and that's all I've said and done. I hope in future things can get better. Sometimes when you call they don't answer even if it's life threatening you could be you could be half waiting to death and they just won't pick up the phone so yeah I am the reason I writing about this is I'm telling you my experience and I'm telling on the treatment but I received. I'm going to leave it at that I'm not the courts handle it from now on anyway that's based on my parents and a treatment that I received by the New South Wales Newcastle to police dept strongly not recommended dealing with them I strongly advise you to go with a Newcastle to police dept. I just was booked this afternoon for my towbar obscuring my number plate. That towbar has been on this vehicle for the last 8 years and never heard a bow peep from anyone. No warnings.........nothing. I then continued my drive home for 8km at the speed limit where a total of 38 cars sped past me. Think Newcastle police need to figure out where safety priorities should be. DISGUSTED AT THEIR MONEY GRUBBING TACTICS. TRY TO FIGURE OUT WHY MANY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THE UNIFORM. Most of you are good people. Some like this idiot are just a joke.

Amazing service. The lovely female officer helped explain to me all my support system options at my time of need. It was a missing child case and I will be forever grateful

Had phone stolen from Central Coast Leagues club.  Set-up "find my iphone" and then phone turned up right nextdoor to Newcastle police station.  They said they couldn't go and have a look as I need to submit official police report.  By the time I did that the phone was gone!  Useless.

Called literally 20+ times they never pick up.  Clearly I'm not the only person having this issue!

Never had a problem with them - whenever I've had to call them, they've turned up - the boys in blue are overworked and underappreciated. Cops are tops.   :D
